First – Introduction:
These terms and conditions explain how you may use the e-clean application and the types of services provided by the e-clean, they describe the features and manner of using our electronic service platform.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you confirm your full agreement and commitment to comply with them.

Services Provided:
e-clean company is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its mobile application (the App) this privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Omani Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 6/2022) – and this service will be through our e-clean mobile platform.

• The cleaning Companies they are independent entities they are responsible for delivering the services.
• E-clean company is not responsible about any disputes between the customers and the service provider, service provider must ensure high- quality service and adhere to local regulations, e-clean company is not liable for the conduct, performance, or quality of service provided by the cleaning companies.
• All content, trademark, and materials on the app are ownership of e-clean or its licensors.
• User they are not have right to copy, modify or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
• You must be 18 years or over old to use this app.
• By registering, you confirm that all the information you provided is accurate and complete.
• Customers can place their orders for cleaning services through e-clean app.
• Payments must be made via the available payment options within the app.
• Cancellation and Refund eligibility subject to the service provider’s terms and conditions.
• E-clean have a right to issue or deny any refunds at its discretion and to terms and conditions.

Second – Data Collected:
e-clean may collect the following types of information when you use the app:

1- Basic personal data: name, phone number, email address, and physical address.
2- Location data: to enable service delivery at your location.
3- Payment information: through approved electronic payment gateways.
4- Technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, and usage logs.

Third – Purpose of Data Collection:

Your personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:
1- To provide cleaning services and manage user requests.
2- To communicate with users for confirmations or inquiries.
3- To enhance service quality and user experience.
4- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
5- To prevent fraud and ensure the security of electronic transactions.
6- To providing customers support and improving service.
7- Sending updates, offers, and important notifications.

Fourth – Legal Basis for Processing:

The processing of personal data is based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
1- The user’s explicit consent.
2- Performance of a contract with the user.
3- Compliance with a legal obligation under Omani law.

Fifth – Data Protection:

e-clean implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including but not limited to:
1- Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
2- Restricted access to authorized personnel only.
3- Periodic review of cybersecurity and data – protection controls.

Sixth – Data Sharing:

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except in the following cases:
1- With authorized service providers (e.g., payment gateways, technical support).
2- With competent authorities upon lawful request.
3- With your explicit and prior consent.

Seventh – Data Retention:

Personal data e-clean will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Eighth – User Rights:

Under Omani PDPL, users have the right to:
1- Access, rectify, or delete their personal data.
2- Withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
3- File a complaint with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology. (MTCIT).

Nineth – Data Transfer Outside Oman:

e-clean its is very clear about this matter, personal data will not be transferred outside the Sultanate of Oman unless prior approval is obtained from the competent authority, in accordance with the PDPL.

Tenth – Cookies:

e-clean using the app cookies to enhance user experience and analyze performance. You may adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies at any time.

Eleventh – Policy Updates:

The e-clean reserves have a right to amend this Privacy Policy periodically to comply with legal requirements.

Twelfth – Liability & Disclaimers:

e-clean acting as a booking platform only, and is not responsible for direct, indirect, or any consequential damages arising from the use of e-clean platform or the actions of third-party service providers.

Thirteenth – User Obligations:

– users must not misuse the app, by engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable laws.
– Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
– eclean reserves the right to remove or delete any review deemed inappropriate or offensive, at its sole discretion, and eclean has a right to file complaint under Royal Decree No. 6/2022.

Fourteenth – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:

These Terms and Condition are governed by the laws of Sultanate of Oman, any disputes arising regarding the understanding or interpretation of these terms and conditions between the parties shall be resolved amicably between them within thirty days, and if they fail to reach a solution, they have the right to resort to the competent courts to resolve the dispute.
